Returns and Refunds

Soniclear Guaranty. We are so sure you will love the Soniclear that we offer a 30-day money back guaranty. When purchasing a Soniclear Elite through Michael Todd you will also receive a 5-year warranty, a 2-year on the Soniclear Classic and a 3-year warranty on the Soniclear Petite. Provided you made your purchase directly through our website: michaeltoddbeauty.com, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Soniclear, just return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange on the terms set forth herein. The return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received the device, the device must not be visibly damaged and must be accompanied by all parts and attachments. The time limitation for returns must be strictly complied with in order to qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for return shipping charges and unless the return was the result of our error the original shipping charges, if any, are not subject to refund. A $40 handling charge will apply to all returns of the Soniclear, a $20 handling fee will apply to all returns of the Soniclear Petite, Sonicblend and Sonic Eraser Pro, and a $10 fee will be applied to all returns of the Eye Eraser. For assistance with a return, contact Customer Service during regular business hours by using our contact form. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned device to process the return and credit your account. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

The Soniclear Petite includes a 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship as detailed in the Instructions for Use that come with your device. Please consult the Instructions for Use for the Terms, conditions and Limitations of warranty.

The Sonicblend includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship as detailed in the Instructions for Use that come with your device. Please consult the Instructions for Use for the Terms, conditions and Limitations of warranty.

The Sonic Eraser Pro includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship as detailed in the Instructions for Use that come with your device. Please consult the Instructions for Use for the Terms, conditions and Limitations of warranty.

Guaranty - Products Other Than The Soniclear. We love the products we make and are confident that you will too. But in the event you're unhappy with a product for any reason, just return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange on the terms set forth herein. The return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it and must not be overly or excessively used. Multiple exchanges from the same order are not allowed. The time limitation for returns must be strictly complied with in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Power Cords. If you select an incorrect Power Cord for an electrical device purchased from Michael Todd, we will be happy to ship you a replacement. A $10 charge will apply to reshipped power cords unless the incorrect power cord was the result of our error. Please add http://www.michaeltoddbeauty.com/accessories-replacement-fee.html to your cart and checkout (please note this only applies to incorrect power cord, not actual replacements, ie: lost/damage cords). Orders Not Subject to Refund. Certain orders are not subject to refund:

  • Purchases of products with vouchers obtained from third parties, including Groupon and Living Social, are subject to replacement for defects in materials or workmanship but not refund. Also, orders which have been exchanged for other products within the 30 day period are not subject to further refund or exchange.
  • International orders unclaimed or refused for delivery due to your failure or refusal to pay VAT or duty charges are not eligible for refund.
  • Products undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
  • e-Vouchers. Purchases of products with vouchers obtained from third parties, including Groupon and Living Social, are subject to replacement for defects in materials or workmanship but not refund
  • Orders under $10 are non-refundable
